One Step Combinations

1.      In place, left inside/outside knife hand block. Step with right foot into a right horse stance striking with a right uppercut.

2.      In place right downward palm heel block. Step right foot into a right horse stance striking with a right knife hand to the opponent’s temple.

3.      In place right horizontal outside/inside palm heel block. Step right foot into right horse stance striking with a right vertical backfist to the opponent’s temple.

4.      In place right outside/inside block. Step right foot into a right horse stance, elbow strike to the solar plexus.

5.      In place left high block. Step right foot into a front stance striking with right reverse high punch.

6.      In place right inside/outside block. Step left foot forward to a front stance striking right palm heel to the nose.

7.      In place block with left downward palm heel. Step left foot into left front stance, striking with right ridge hand to the temple.

8.      Left horizontal outside/inside palm heel block. Step left foot on a 45 into a left front stance striking to the ribs with a right reverse punch.

9.      Left outside/inside block, step left foot into a horse stance, left hammer fist to groin.

10.  In place right high block, Step left foot on a 45 into a horse stance, right reverse punch to the kidney.

11.  Right horizontal palm heel block, side step 45 to the right into a right front stance.  Left reverse middle punch, left roundhouse kick to the head landing in left front stance, right reverse punch.

12.  Right horizontal palm heel block, side step 45 to the right. Left reverse middle punch. Twist to left front stance, left knife hand strike to wrist, right knife hand strike to neck. Grab wrist and neck, right knee to solar plexus.

13.  Right horizontal palm heel block, side step 45 to the right. Left palm heel to the face, left side kick to the knee. Land with right reverse spear hand to the groin, pull back into back stance mountain block.

14.  Step left foot back into leaning back stance, right palm heel block. Step into right front stance, left middle punch, right jump switch kick.

15.  Right high sword arm block stepping into left front stance. Twist to right front stance, left palm heel strike to temple as sword arm chambers at hip, right inside/outside crescent kick landing in right front stance, left palm heel to temple.

16.  Right high sword arm block stepping into left fighting stance. Continue to step forward and behind to the left into left fighting stance facing opponent, strike the back of the neck with left elbow, then strike the side of the head with right palm heel and grab chin as left hand grabs the back of the head, reverse the hands breaking the neck while at the same same time kicking to the back of the right knee with right instep side kick.

17.  Blocking opponent’s fist with left downward block, then grab with right strike back fist to the front of the face. Strike the knees with a roundhouse kick, twist to the right, striking the throat with the right elbow.

18.  Right fighting stance, high sword arm block, twist around to the left striking the ribs with the left elbow. Twist again to the right with a right elbow, stepping right leg forward behind opponent sweep out the legs with right leg as right ridge hand comes up then down brining opponent to the ground.

19.  Right leg back stance blocking with right knife hand (palm up), clear down and away with left hand striking to the face with right palm heel. Left hand grabs wrist as right hand grabs neck. Strike with right knee to solar plexus, step back with right leg, throwing opponent to the ground.

20.  Step forward at 45 degree while dropping to right knee blocking left high block striking to groin with right upper cut strike, Then left knife hand to inside of knee as right grabs around ankle push with left hand pull with right hand taking opponent to ground stand up quickly kicking to groin with right front kick
